Petting Zoo and Pastry 5k

11 am, November 11 at Seward Park Playground

Jog or walk with your friends, your dog or your sense of purpose around gorgeous Seward park. Arrive back sweaty and ready to rub elbows and paws with our guests of honor: exotic and native animals at our own mobile petting zoo. Meet rabbits, chickens, guinea pigs and regular ones courtesy of Old McDebbie’s Farm, a local business whose mission is to “bring families closer to nature while creating a positive environment of fun”. Each runner is entitled to all the Chocolate Almond Croissants, Maple Bars, homemade “Top” tarts, and other assorted confections they fancy, courtesy of local treasures Sod House Bakery and Top Pot Doughnuts. Top finishers in each division and raffle winners receive t shirts, free races, and prizes from RoadID and Trinity Chiropractic. We’ll be working with the most local and ethical companies we can find. Everything we distribute will be either recyclable or compostable to bring you the perfect guilt-free day of exercise and solidarity for only $28. Finally, all profits go to Planned Parenthood because everyone deserves non-judgemental healthcare, regardless of their income. We hope you can make it!

Support women's rights and safe, low cost healthcare during this administration that is interested in neither.
